A Fort Lewis College student was arrested early Friday on suspicion of breaking into cars in Durango - his second arrest for the same crime this year.  Travis Neil Robben, 21, was being held in the La Plata County Jail without bail. He is suspected of criminal trespass and a probation violation.  The incident occurred at 1:16 a.m. in the 300 block of East Fourth Avenue, said Durango police Capt. Micki Browning.  A man witnessed Robben stealing property from the victim`s car and called police, Browning said. Police located Robben nearby and arrested him. They found a stolen iPod belonging to the victim in Robben`s pocket, along with other stolen property, Browning said.  The victim`s name was inscribed on the iPod, she said.  Robben was arrested in February for criminal trespass, Browning said. In that case, he was caught stealing from cars in the 200 block of Jenkins Ranch Road in the SkyRidge subdivision.  Anyone with information about Friday morning`s incident is asked to call the Durango Police Department`s Investigation Bureau at 375-4730.
